Is this company based in Australia?

We are based in NSW Australia and Japan. We ship from two locations, Australia and Japan. Depending on stock levels, your order will be shipped from one of our two warehouses.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping is free and tracked for purchases over $68. Less than $68 will be tracked as $10 shipping. We use Australia Post. Delivery within Australia takes 2-5 days. Shipping from Japan takes 15 business days.

 

Will I have to pay duties and VAT charges?

If your item is shipped from Japan, you may receive customs duties and VAT upon import. We have no control over these charges - it is entirely up to local authorities/border security and customs offices. If you refuse to pay the additional charges at the time of delivery, your shipment will be returned to us. At that point, SakuraB&H agrees to refund your purchase price (excluding shipping costs to and from your country).

Where do I enter my discount code?

At the end of checkout, you will be given the option to enter a discount code. Enter it there and click Apply.

Is it safe to be used in combination with drugs?

Since it is a health food, there is basically no problem, but if you are taking medicine from a hospital, please consult your family doctor and consume according to your doctor's instructions.

How do I purchase wholesale?

To place a wholesale order, email info@sakurabht. If you put "WHOLESALE" in the subject line, we will contact you.

What happens if I do not collect my parcel?

If your parcel is not collected from delivery it will be sent back to us. If you want a refund, we will refund your order amount minus $10 shipping and $10 handling as it is not our responsibility.
